Orders are packed and dispatched within one business day. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days.

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that threshold, a flat rate applies and is calculated at checkout.

Returns

If a product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns on opened products — body care needs to be tried to be judged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and your order number and we will replace it right away.
